The target of sleeping is 4 hour.
But when I calculated of my sleeping hour right now :
2.30am - 4.30 am = one hour
6am - 8am = two hour
I am lacking one hour of sleep. This is beyond the target. No wonder how sleepy the day is.
Realized this after three week. Genius!
No wonder can 'accidentally' skipped the class.
Two times in the row. Just one more chance of skipping it, and say hai to 'tatatertib' brother!
